This tee is part of our Japan Capsule Collection, which features pieces we created for our very first market in Japan. The back of the tee has our signature tagline "Lei is my love language" printed on the collar as well as the Japanese translation レイは愛のかたち (Lei wa ai no katachi), which means "Lei is a shape/form of love". This item is limited and will not be reprinted!

I was so happy to see a lei of my favorite flower - wild ginger (yes, I know it’s invasive but the scent is so heavenly) on this new design, but its straight hem (unlike the other two scooped hemlines I bought) turns up after laundering. A variety of reasons include the fabric not cut perfectly on the grain, thread tension wrong - or the heat of my dryer (though the other two were laundered the same way). I’ll iron it for this wearing. I’ll try removing it from the dryer while still damp, smooth it and dry flat the next time. If that doesn’t work, I’ll either use an iron-on tape or try another line of stitching if I have the right color thread. I’d recommend paying that free return fee for cases like this. After the first purchase, when I knew I’d ordered the right size, I didn’t think I’d need to ever return another shirt. You can thank Tristyn Kalama for loving and wearing your shirts on their show and exposing your lovely company to the rest of the nation. Aloha and mahalo. E holomua nui kou hui.
