ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY:
Final sale items:
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and non-returnable.
Other items marked as final sale will be indicated on the product listing.
Regular/Full Priced items:
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand there are occasions where you wish to return an item.
We offer a 14 day return window, in which you can exchange your item(s) or return them for store credit. We do not offer refunds.
Return/Exchange: Follow the steps in our returns portal below to initiate a return request. Returns must be initiated & mailed out within 14 days after the delivery date. Once we receive your item, it will be quality inspected. If you chose to receive store credit, it will be issued to you via email. If you chose an exchange, it will be mailed out to you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Store credit may be used in our online store (mahinamade.com) and does not expire.
All items must be unworn, unsoiled, and in perfect condition. All items must be folded properly and any tags must be in place. Items that have been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered, or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. Please allow up to 4 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date your return is delivered to process your return.

What is "Free Returns" Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return or exchange eligible item(s) in your order for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Defective items:
We value 100% customer satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 14 days of receiving the item. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser. Please notify us via email to start this process (aloha@mahinamade.com) and send us a photo of the defects as well as description.
Items purchased at a pop up event:
Full priced clothing items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be initiated via our online portal and purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees. Non-clothing items & discounted items are final sale.
Items purchased at Yireh & MahinaMade Store @ South Shore Market:
Any items purchased in our store are subject to our store's return policy and may not be returned or exchanged online.
*Some exclusions apply to promotional discounts and pricing. We do not offer price adjustments.
