ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY:
Final sale items:
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and non-returnable.
Trucker hats and Ku'ulei products are also final sale.
Regular/Full Priced items:
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand there are occasions where you wish to return an item.
Holiday orders made between 11/9/24-12/24/24 may be returned or exchanged by January 15, 2025.
Orders made outside the holiday window above: We offer a 14 day return window, in which you can exchange your item(s) for another size or return them for store credit. We do not offer refunds.
Return/Size Exchange: Follow the steps in our returns portal below to initiate a return request. Returns must be initiated & mailed out within 14 days after the delivery date. Once we receive your item, it will be quality inspected. If you chose to receive store credit, it will be issued to you via email. If you chose a size exchange, it will be mailed out to you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Do not send back the item before your return request is approved via email. Store credit may be used in our online store (mahinamade.com) and does not expire.
Size Exchanges: Once you receive your return approval via email, please pack up and mail your item(s) to the address below. Also, email us your tracking number, so we can be on the lookout for it. Exchanges must be mailed out within 5 business days of receiving your exchange approval.

All items must be unworn, unsoiled, and in perfect condition. All items must be folded properly and any tags must be in place. Items that have been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered, or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date your return is delivered to process your return.

2. Return requests will be reviewed by our team. If your request is approved, you will be given instructions on how to send back your items. Items must be sent back within 14 days of original delivery date.
**Do not send back your items prior to receiving a "request approved" email from our team.
Event Return Policy:
Non-clothing merchandise & discounted clothing: All sales final. No returns accepted.
Defective items:
We value 100% customer satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 14 days of receiving the item. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser. Please notify us via email to start this process (aloha@mahinamade.com) and send us a photo of the defects as well as description.
Items purchased at Yireh & MahinaMade Store @ South Shore Market:
Any items purchased in our store are subject to our store's return policy and may not be returned or exchanged online.
