Return Policy

Final sale items:

Merchandise purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and non-returnable. 

Items valid for a return:

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand there are occasions where you wish to return an item. We offer a 14 day return window, in which you can exchange your item(s) or return them for store credit. We do not offer refunds.

Return: Follow the steps in our returns portal below to initiate a return request. Returns must be initiated & mailed out within 14 days after the delivery date. Once we receive your item, it will be quality inspected and store credit will be sent to you via email. Do not send back the item before your return request is approved via email. Store credit may be used in our online store (mahinamade.com) and does not expire. 


Exchange: We offer size exchanges only (pending availability). Please follow the steps in the returns portal below to return your item. Returns must be initiated & mailed out within 14 days after the delivery date. Do not send back the item before your return request is approved via email. Once you’ve mailed out your item for return, email us the tracking number as well as the size you’d like us to put on the side for you. Be sure to look online to make sure your size is in stock! Once we receive your return in the mail, we will send you the item. Exchanges may only happen once per original order.

 

All items must be unworn, unsoiled, and in perfect condition. All items must be folded properly and any tags must be in place. Items that have been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered, or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date your return is delivered to process your return.

2. Return requests will be reviewed by our team. If your request is approved, you will be given instructions on how to send back your items. Items must be sent back within 14 days of original delivery date. 

 **Do not send back your items prior to receiving a "request approved" email from our team.

Event Return Policy:

Non-clothing merchandise & discounted clothing: All sales final. No returns accepted.

Defective items:

We value 100% customer satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 14 days of receiving the item.  No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser. Please notify us via email to start this process (aloha@mahinamade.com) and send us a photo of the defects as well as description.
