Return Policy

Final sale items:

Items bought at any in-person event/market are FINAL SALE. 

Items purchased on sale or with any discount code may NOT be returned.  They are FINAL SALE.

Items valid for a return:

For regular priced items, we offer returns for store credit only.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Store credit may not be used towards shipping.  Please note, we do not refund your order's shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges - If you need a different size, please return your item & use the store credit code to place a new order.

Items must be unworn, unsoiled, and in perfect condition. All items must be folded properly and any tags must be in place. Items that have been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered, or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.

2. Return requests will be reviewed by our team. If your request is approved, you will be given instructions on how to send back your items. Items must be sent back within 5 days of receiving approval. 

 **Do not send back your items prior to receiving a "request approved" email from our team.

Defective items:

We value 100% customer satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 14 days of receiving the item.  No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser. Please notify us via email to start this process ( and send us a photo of the defects as well as description.
