This design is dedicated to Queen Lili'uokalani. We chose the pua kalaunu or crown flower because it is an enduring blossom that resembles the royal crown and is often associated with the Queen because it was said to be her favorite flower. We dedicate this design to Queen Liliʻuokalani and honor her memory, legacy and aloha for her land and her people.

-Material: 100% lightweight preshrunk cotton spun, dyed, and sewn exclusively for us in Los Angeles

-Care instructions: hand wash/wash on delicate, tumble dry on low heat

These tees are hand dyed and go through a special process to obtain its color. Because of this, shading is normal and part of its character. Colors may vary slightly due to this as well as the nature of photographing and monitor color settings.

I L💛VE my lei pua kalaunu tee! Fits well and is a perfect sizing. The show stopper is the ʻonipaʻa printed on the sleeve. We honor our Hawaii with lei and honor our Queen with her motto!

Lei Pua Kalaunu Tee- Eleele

I've been eyeing these shirts for years and finally decided to take the plunge to buy. My biggest worry was knowing what size to get as well as how it would fit. Based on models and tee style descriptions I went with a medium. At 5'3", 152lbs I would say it fits true to size and felt very roomy in the abdomen/hip area. I am happy with my decision to buy, love the color and shirt quality.

Sizing

I wish you would make/change your tee in regards to the fit and sizing. I feel like your shirts run small. I also wish you would have more 3x because if you notice, that's the size that runs out first!

Comfy and Special

I’ve always wanted the lei tees from Mahina Made. Being able to wear a lei everyday can really make a person feel special. Not only is it the most comfortable shirt I have owned, but really the most flattering.

I really miss the old size. They fit a lot nicer and slightly fitted unlike the new size. It seems boxy and shorter in length. I had to go a size up in the new size because of the underarm pit area was not comfortable. Bring back the old size please!
